Before you book
Worth checking on the listing itself.
Sleeping arrangements. Bed sizes and which room they sit in matter more than a headline bedroom count, especially for a group splitting a house. Each listing breaks the beds out room by room.
Parking and access. Driveways, garages, street parking and elevator access differ sharply between a Midtown apartment and a Sandy Springs house. The listing says which applies.
Outdoor space. Covered patios, yards, grills and hot tubs are available at some homes and not others. They are listed per property rather than promised across the collection.
Longer stays. If you are staying a month or more, laundry, a usable desk and a well-equipped kitchen stop being nice extras. Filter for those before you compare prices, and send us a note if you would like a recommendation.
