• Moderate: Full refund if cancelled 5 days before check-in.
• Strict: 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in.

7. Damages and Liability

Charges for damages may be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file. We recommend guests consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
